Responsibilities:

• Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements.
• Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
• Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
• To provide subject matter expertise support/advice/training relating to policy services knowledge to junior staffs and inter-department.
• To manage and prepare policy services control reports and ensure timely submission to Head of Department.
• To liaise with various colleagues/inter-departments (for eg. Customer Services, Finance, Claims, etc) to ensure timely delivery of policyholders’ requests.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing prior to deployment of changes in system.
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative experience in the general insurance space.
• Knowledge in Marine Insurance is an added advantage.
• Good to have BCP, PGI Certificate or is in progress of taking them.
