Accountant/Accounts Executive
Zusammenfassung
A leading genomics company based in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and payable functions. You will assist the sales team by coordinating client communications and maintaining databases, while also ensuring smooth transactions. Ideal candidates will have experience with Odoo and strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to various financial processes, enhancing the company's operational efficiency.
Qualifikationen
- Experience in bank reconciliation and AR/AP processes.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Proficient in using Odoo for accounting and management.
Aufgaben
- Perform bank reconciliation and update AR/AP.
- Assist in raising RFQs and managing POs.
- Support sales team communication with clients.
- Coordinate sample collection with drivers.
Kenntnisse
- To perform bank reconciliation, update of AR (Sales Invoice/Receipt) and AP (Supplier Invoice/Payment).
- Assist raising of RFQ and converting them to PO upon approval from sales heads.
- Perform matching of documents, making sure of completeness, preparing Payment vouchers, and
- Uploading the payment transaction into the internet banks for finance manager and director approval.
- To assist in debt collection, sending reminder and follow up on collection.
- To liaise with an outsourced accounting firm in month-end closing and quarterly GST filing.
- To assist in staff expense claim processing, and quarterly commission calculations.
- To update and assist in month-end stock take, and perform stock and purchase reconciliation.
- To assist company in the Odoo setup, implementation, migration and data entry.
- Support communication between the sales team and clients. Help ensure smooth transactions by addressing inquiries regarding payments, samples shipment and other concerns.
- Update and maintain client database and product catalogues.
- Coordinate the Driver/Rider team and plan their sample collection schedule.
- Maintain up-to-date and accessible sales dashboards, trackers, and reporting files.
