  • Oversight of sales incentivization design, distribution planning, channel segment management and finally product design + management

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, governance of sales planning and incentive programs that drive high-quality revenue growth across all distribution channels (FA, Bancassurance, EB).
  • Serve as the strategic partner to Group Head of Distribution, Head of Sales, Distribution Finance in shaping commercial performance and ensuring incentive programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to company strategy. Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making and mid-year course correction.
  • Design, refine, and manage sales compensation and incentive schemes that balance growth, quality, and profitability. Ensure incentive structures reflect market competitiveness while supporting channel-specific behaviors
  • Perform scenario modeling to assess cost, fairness, risk, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage quarterly and annual incentive payouts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking sales KPIs, incentives, customer mix, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product teams to link incentives to strategic product priorities (e.g., protection mix, LTC, EB growth).

Requirements
Experience
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL advantageous).
  • Deep understanding of insurance sales dynamics across Agency, Bancassurance, EB, and FA Partner channels
  • Expertise in incentive design, sales compensation frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to work across senior levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to simplify complex incentive concepts into clear communication for frontline teams
  • Has a proven track record in managing people, programs, and processes, and in locating, structuring and managing of successful teams.

  • Academic: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred)
