Job summary
A pest management company in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related discipline and 1–3 years of HR experience. Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with Singapore Employment Act are essential. This role offers a 6-month attachment in a vibrant work environment.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in service/operations industry.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
- Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist in training & development initiatives and compliance with WSQ/NEA requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and support in HR projects and employee engagement activities.

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a full spectrum of HR functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
- Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist in training & development initiatives and compliance with WSQ/NEA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF submissions, IRAS filing, and employment laws.
- Prepare HR reports and support in HR projects and employee engagement activities.
- Stock and Inventory control
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in service/operations industry.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Experience with payroll software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
