Job summary

A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage full accounts and provide financial guidance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a finance-related degree and be able to work under pressure. The position involves both operational management and collaboration with various departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role as Senior Finance Executive.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger and financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and manage intercompany transactions.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules
• Monitor cash flow
• Able to provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
• Manage tax, audit, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required
• Take on lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities assigned

Requirements

• A-Level/LCCI/ Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting/ACCA/CPA or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role of Senior Finance Executive
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Agility to change, mature, independent, hands-on, able to work under stress and have a strong sense of responsibility
