Consultancy and support of the HRMS modules by resolving user issues, collecting and managing business requirements and updating the system based on them.
Held responsibility for the implementation of new HRMS modules and new system features according to ABF methodology.
Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
Utilize Oracle tools (API, PL/SQL, Reports) and other relevant packages such as Discoverer.
Ongoing development HRMS modules. Participate in Reports and Forms customization.
Assist in other Oracle functional or technical duties as required.
Coordinate with Oracle DBAs and System administrators for resolving internal technical issues.
Implement and test suggestions/recommendations by Oracle in Test instance and test custom solutions.
Train non-technical staff (i.e., end users) and prepare documentation and user guides for the implemented solution.
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM, Unit Manager.
Knowledge of Data conversion strategy and Standard Interfaces in Oracle HRMS family is essential.
Work with team members to drive the current ongoing implementation.
Complete Payroll Set-up (Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, imparting user training & support to the client).
Complete Public Employee Self Services (ESS) for the public sector in KSA.
Writing complex Fast Formulas.
Support for Complete payroll cycle with Pay Processing, Retro Pay, Costing and Transfer to GL.
Creating & linking various earnings & deductions elements & writing calculation rules using Oracle Fast Formula.
OTL module setup, configuration and running.
Map As-Is process, understand users' expectations about To-Be process.
Prepare & get user approval for Functional Specifications.
