JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Specialist (Interfaces) for our Attraction (Theme Park) division. This position is key in ensuring the successful integration of various specialized systems and technologies within our theme park projects, enhancing guest experience through seamless operational interfaces. The successful candidate will work closely with design teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders to ensure that all attraction interfaces are well-coordinated and executed to the highest standards.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interfaces across various attractions, ensuring that all systems work cohesively and safely. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in theme park attractions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interface design and coordination for attractions, including rides, shows, and interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems integration across attractions is seamless and efficient.
• Review and approve design documents and specifications related to interfaces in attractions.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Work with project teams to establish interface requirements and communication protocols.
• Provide technical oversight during the construction and integration phases of attractions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, managing interfaces to ensure adherence to schedule and quality.
• Act as a liaison between design teams, engineering, and contractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve interface issues promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface management within the theme park or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience with attraction interface systems, including rides, theatrical effects, and automated systems.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of attraction design and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, designers, and operational teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in attraction design.
