The Career Development program at UOP begins with an 18-24 month assignment at either UOP's headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois, or one of its regional offices in Europe and India. Participants will be exposed to various training opportunities, including Process Development, Operating Technical Service, Customer Training, and Process Engineering.
- BSc or equivalent in Chemical Engineering; preferred GPA 3.0 or above (2.1 or higher)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Flexibility to work shift hours and long shifts as needed
- Ability to work in physically challenging environments
- Commitment to a minimum 36-month Field Operating Service assignment post-training
- Ability to interact with global customers
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills; team-oriented approach
