Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the company’s marketing strategy to enhance market positioning, drive business growth, and strengthen brand visibility. You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans, manage digital and B2B campaigns, and support proposal preparation and client presentations. You will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives while upholding the highest levels of professionalism, strategic impact, and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy.
  • Study local and regional real estate markets and analyze competitors.
  • Identify and target strategic sectors (developers, consultants, facility managers, private owners).
  • Build and enhance the company’s brand identity to reflect professionalism and technical accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, engineering firms, and real estate developers.
  • Track business opportunities and tenders, coordinating proposal preparation with technical teams.
  • Deliver professional client presentations highlighting value-added services.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns for major projects and new geographical areas.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing channels (website, LinkedIn, specialized platforms).
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials (brochures, videos, technical samples, case studies).
  • Collaborate with sales and inspection teams to document success stories and reference clients.
  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales team, including task distribution and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget ensuring ROI.
  • Develop team skills related to real estate marketing and corporate relations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with 7–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in real estate or engineering services marketing.
  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital marketing, and proposal development.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Skilled in client presentations, tender preparation, and relationship building with key stakeholders.

  • Leadership experience managing and developing teams, setting targets, and improving performance.
  • Strong competence in budget management (ROI-focused), communication, negotiation, and time management.
