Role Overview

Ninja is seeking a detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy Integration Specialist to manage and optimize system connectivity between internal tools, third‑party platforms, and partner restaurant systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integrations, POS connectivity, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting, with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cancellation rates across integrated restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain integrations between internal systems, third‑party platforms, and restaurant partner tools including POS systems and delivery applications.
  • Work closely with Operations, IT, and Product teams to define integration requirements and deliver scalable, reliable technical solutions.
  • Document integration workflows and perform ongoing troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow and efficient automated processes.
  • Lead integration testing with vendors, partner restaurants, and external technology providers.
  • Monitor integration performance to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and implement enhancements to improve restaurant performance and reduce cancellation rates.
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate system updates, integrations, and issue resolution.

  • Hands‑on experience with POS & Delivery App Integrations
