Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to work with one of our clients, a government entity in Sakaka. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, with a strong background in managing events, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, enhancing the entity’s brand identity, and ensuring excellence in events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with the entity’s goals.
• Lead digital and print marketing campaigns, analyze results, and improve performance.
• Manage and organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the quality of marketing materials.
• Build and strengthen brand identity across all channels.
• Analyze the market and competitors and provide periodic reports with statistics and insights.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Support sales and product teams with effective marketing tools and materials.
• Supervise and develop the internal marketing team’s performance and skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing events and exhibitions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
