Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Contracts Manager to join our team based in Riyadh, KSA. This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and value optimization for the client.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Demonstrating experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.
  • Demonstrating experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with proven attention to detail, and maintaining positive client relationships and a professional firm image.
  • Understanding, identifying, and assessing project and contract risks.
  • Preparing and managing project contracts.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizing, leading, and motivating people.
Qualifications

MEGA PROJECTS EXPERIENCE
