Overview

الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمتجر، إدارة المخزون وضمان توافر المنتجات، استقبال العملاء والتعامل مع استفساراتهم وشكاواهم وبناء علاقات ولاء، المحافظة على مظهر المتجر ونظافته وترتيب المنتجات وفق معايير العلامة التجارية، توظيف وتدريب وتحفيز الفريق، متابعة اتجاهات المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير، والتأكد من الالتزام بالتراخيص ووثائق الموظفين واللوائح المحلية.
