Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in the Saudi market, ideally with known local or multinational companies.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in mobilization.
• Experience in onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Country Director with the mobilization process across P&Ls.
• Attend client calls to support mobilization teams.
• Track visa allowance and reallocate utilized visas.
• Handle high-value contractor escalations.
