Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Design Manager to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Proposing and support in managing budgets for projects.
Supervising the work of multiple teams (within the department).
Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
Researching and developing designs and products.
Determining the need for training and talent development.
Hiring subs and building teams.
Ensuring products have the support of upper management.
Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field.
20+ years’ engineering experience.
Proven supervisory and technical skills.
Must come highly recommended
