Senior Executive – Supply & Operations

Valeo Health is a fast‑growing healthcare services platform operating across B2C and B2B verticals in Saudi Arabia. We work closely with home care providers, healthcare partners, and health lounges to deliver high‑quality, reliable healthcare services at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Supply & Operations to strengthen our operations team in Riyadh. The role involves managing healthcare partners, ensuring smooth service delivery, and acting as a key operational point of contact across multiple service lines.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on operations professional with strong coordination, partner management, and execution skills.

• Onboard, manage, and maintain relationships with home care and healthcare partners
• Ensure end‑to‑end service fulfillment and adherence to quality standards
• Track and improve operational KPIs related to service delivery, quality, and training
• Act as the primary operational POC for Health Lounges
• Coordinate service execution across multiple locations and partners
• Support daily operations for both B2C and B2B business verticals
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues quicklyTravel across KSA when required for partner management and service oversight

• Full‑time, Riyadh‑based role
• 6 working days per week
• 5 days work from office + 1 day work from home
• One weekly off aligned with operational requirements
• Candidate must be on their own visa for the first 3 months
• Iqama transfer may be considered based on performance

• Experience in operations, supply chain, or partner management
• Exposure to healthcare, home care, or service‑based industries is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to be field‑oriented and travel when required
