A leading Saudi retail group is seeking an experienced Executive to lead strategic and operational planning. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in large-scale retail or consumer-focused organizations, with a strong financial acumen and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing business functions and managing P&L. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business transformation across the Kingdom.
Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a CEO, Vice President, or General Manager role.
- Solid experience managing multi-branch operations.

- Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic and operational plan.
- Oversee all business functions including retail operations, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

- Manage full P&L responsibilities and ensure sustainable financial growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key market stakeholders.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and key industry bodies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field . MBA or Executive Leadership Program preferred.
- 15–20+ years of total professional experience.
