Skills
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in B2C/B2B Telco transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle RODOD stack: Siebel, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, OSB, and Scale API.
- Deep understanding of FTTH (FTTB, FTTHR, FTTBR), 5G FWA, VoBB, OTT, and Open Access models.
- Skilled in end-to-end functional areas: Product Catalog, Order-to-Cash, Billing, CRM, Dealer & Workforce Management, Provisioning, Inventory, and Integrations (3 Scale API Gateway, CITC, LDAP SSO).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring.
- Proven track record in delivering project artifacts including Architecture, Design, Requirements, Testing, and Cutover plans.
- 15+ years of Telecom project implementation experience.
- Lead client engagements across workflow upgrades, system changes, and ongoing support.
- Define best practices and troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues.
- Guide and mentor teams, delegate work, and ensure delivery alignment.
- Facilitate testing, solution validation, and performance improvement.
- Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
- Travel as required for project delivery.
