As a Business Application Consultant at Alnafitha IT, this role plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Working within the Business Development Department, this role will main be responsibility to analyze client requirements, consult on business applications (such as ERP, CRM, HRMS), and ensure successful pre-sales, implementation support, and post-deployment success. You will contribute directly to business growth by enabling clients to leverage application systems that align with their goals.

• Business Process Design & Optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across departments such as operations, sales, finance, HR, and service delivery.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, improve collaboration, and align with strategic objectives.
• Regularly assess current business processes for optimization and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Solution Consulting & Pre-Sales Support
• Participate in client meetings to gather business needs and translate them into application requirements.
• Assist in developing customized application demos and presentations for clients.
• Support the sales team with technical insights during the proposal and bidding process.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to create and validate solution architectures.
• Application Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and implement business applications (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms) to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle—gathering requirements, defining scope, and delivering solutions.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure solution quality.
• Client Support & Relationship Management
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting, resolving issues related to application performance or user experience.
• Document user requirements, change requests, and functional enhancements.
• Conduct user training and onboarding for new systems and features.
• Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Identify gaps and propose improvements in current client systems and processes.
• Stay updated on application trends and enhancements to advise clients on continuous innovation.
• Analyze data and feedback to support business development planning and solution refinement.

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a business application consulting or functional analysis role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major business application suite (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience with system configuration, implementation, and client support.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as sales, finance, HR, and operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
