What will your main responsibilities be
  • Execute batch manufacturing in alignment with the daily production plan, ensuring timely and accurate output.
  • Prepare, manage, and feed raw materials or parts into machinery, verifying availability and requesting replenishment as needed.
  • Set up, start, operate, and adjust machinery to optimize performance and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Monitor mixing and blending processes, adhering to product specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with Unilever’s standards.
  • Record production activities, material usage, and quality results on designated digital platforms; maintain logs of approved and defective units.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow, product compliance, and availability.
  • Report equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team and assist in basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Support stock-taking activities by verifying and reconciling raw materials and semi-finished goods inventory.
  • Comply with all safety, health, and quality regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation throughout the shift.

Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical technology
