The Emerging Sectors - PreSales role focuses on engaging clients to identify smart city needs, delivering tailored solutions across traffic, security, and mobility. The role includes leading demos, RFP responses, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and emerging technologies like AI/ML.

Engage with clients across emerging sectors to understand their strategic objectives, technology challenges, and solution needs.
Develop and present tailored technical solutions across domains such as security, mobility, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and interactive workshops to communicate solution value.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements.
Provide technical documentation and pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
Stay current on emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, and data platforms to ensure relevance in proposed solutions.
Drive the proposal process, including technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and commercial proposals.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within emerging technologies or sectors.
Strong understanding of industry solutions across domains such as mobility, infrastructure, public safety, and digital transformation.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools, data analytics platforms, and digital integration frameworks.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Interest in emerging technologies and ability to understand diverse ecosystems and technical solutions.
Fluency in English and Arabic - both written and verbal.
