About PRFD

PRFD is an international aviation services group providing aircraft charter, flight support, and operational solutions to private, governmental, and institutional clients across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. We are actively expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on government, entertainment, and large-scale projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant with proven experience in the Saudi market to lead charter and aviation business development activities. This role requires hands-on experience dealing with government entities, procurement cycles, tenders, and approved vendor processes, as well as an established network within KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close aircraft charter opportunities with Saudi government and semi-government entities.
  • Manage end-to-end government procurement processes, including vendor registration, RFQs, tenders, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across ministries, authorities, entertainment entities, and major projects.
  • Target entertainment, sports, and giga-projects requiring charter and aviation solutions.
  • Act as PRFD’s commercial representative in the Saudi market.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure compliant, competitive, and timely proposals.
  • Provide market intelligence on upcoming tenders, projects, and charter demand.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Previous experience in aviation, aircraft charter, or a closely related high-value B2B sector.
  • Proven track record dealing with Saudi government or semi-government entities.
