Purpose

As Sales Manager taking care of the Government Segment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and driving revenue growth within the government and royal affairs market segments. You will oversee sales coordination, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of all sales activities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and royal affairs clients, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Proactively manage all sales activities related to the Government & Royal Affairs segment, including inquiry handling, contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., catering, reservations, front office) to ensure flawless execution of group bookings, VIP visits, and government events.
  • Supervise and mentor the Sales Coordinator (if applicable), ensuring timely completion of administrative and operational sales tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze detailed sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and revenue goals.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed to promote the hotel s government and royal business.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons documentation standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on amenity arrangements, reservation upgrades, and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop segment-specific marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and availability to meet business needs and client schedules.
  • Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints in the sales process.
  • Stay updated on all hotel promotions, services, and special events relevant to the government market.
  • Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and collateral in line with company procedures.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency or safety-related situations.
