Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Commercial (Residential) to lead our residential projects with a focus on maximizing profitability and delivering quality outcomes. In this key position, you will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy specific to residential developments, ensuring alignment with our mission to create a world‑class entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to the residential sector that align with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the residential real estate market.
  • Oversee financial planning and budget management for residential projects, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to integrate commercial considerations at all project stages.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to facilitate the successful delivery of residential projects.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on commercial performance, risks, and strategies to senior management.
