Job summary
A leading energy firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal matters and risks. The role involves reviewing contracts, advising on compliance, and supporting procurement activities. Ideal candidates should have several years of legal experience, a strong understanding of Saudi laws, negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to major projects and compliance initiatives in the energy sector.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in the legal department of an international company or a law firm.
- Proven expertise in managing legal risks in transactions and negotiations.
- Knowledge of Saudi law, including civil and commercial transactional law.
