Overview:

KH Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman & 3D Designer with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in architectural, interior, and MEP drafting and visualization. The ideal candidate must be fast, detail-oriented, and proficient in all relevant design software, capable of turning concepts into precise, production-ready drawings and visuals under tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents based on design briefs, sketches, or verbal instructions.
Develop high-quality 3D models, perspectives, and photorealistic renderings for architectural and interior design presentations.
Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP details into comprehensive drawing sets.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Revise and update drawings as per engineer/architect/client comments and site requirements.
Maintain organized project documentation, CAD and 3D files, and drawing revisions.
Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accuracy and practicality of drawings.
Conduct regular drawing reviews to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Deliver outputs within strict timelines without compromising on quality.
Attend design meetings, take feedback, and implement changes effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the architecture/interior fit-out/construction industry.
Expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design standards and construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings with precision.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy.
