About the role
Experienced Account Management professional, overseeing and participating in various Account Management and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance.

As a minimum you must have:
5 10 years of experience in the HVAC business or related fields with a focus on Major Projects
Fluent in both English & Arabic in written and verbal communications
Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market.
Dynamic & passion for sales, customer oriented.

Responsibilities:
As a Manager, Sales Account Management , you ll be responsible for:
Develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer's needs and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
To support the business strategy, you will be Conducting the business development activities for the account management teams on different customer segments.
Working with the team on major projects.
Developing and promoting new customer contact leads.
Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs.
Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts
Meeting the forecast and the goals set for the sales and order.
Increase the market share.
Follow up the quotation status with the customers, understand the project requirements and pitch in the right solution with the support of application engineer.
Close coordination with the factories on the required pricing and support.
Review the final technical submittals, contracts.
Negotiate the pricing and the payments terms with the customers.
Payment follow-up with the customers.
Participate in the weekly / monthly sales review meetings.
Gather market insights and generate new leads.
Coordination with the factories on the equipment and arranging the deliveries.
Follow up the complete delivery cycle.
Making the project costing.
Customer visits.
Review in detail the technical proposals.
