Job description

  • Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture, with a strong focus on the telecommunications sector and B2B digital transformation initiatives.
  • Perform advanced business, operational, and financial analysis tailored to telecom B2B environments, including enterprise solutions, ICT services, and digital platforms, to identify transformation levers and growth opportunities.
  • Drive a structured approach to solving complex business problems across the telecom value chain, particularly in B2B domains such as customer experience, lead-to-cash, product management, and service assurance.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that present innovative and actionable recommendations on topics including telecom enterprise services, B2B digitization, 5G monetization, and industry-specific go-to-market strategies (e.g., for healthcare, manufacturing, logistics clients).
  • Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs for B2B digital transformation, including operating model design, digital sales enablement, product lifecycle transformation, and integration of next-gen platforms (e.g., CPQ, CRM, OSS/BSS).
  • Identify and prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities, including pain points in existing B2B models, market dynamics, and future growth areas (e.g., SD-WAN, private 5G, edge computing).
  • Staff cross-functional project teams with a mix of industry, technology, and strategic capabilities; responsible for team resourcing, engagement, and development.
  • Coach and mentor team members with a focus on telecom sector knowledge and B2B digital transformation consulting capabilities in alignment with Accenture's Performance Achievement Process.
  • Demonstrate strong people management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing teams working at the intersection of telecom innovation and B2B digital reinvention.
