Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a Sr. Legal Manager position that reports to the GRC VP and who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:
• Direct the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of complex and high-value contractual agreements.
• Supervise significant legal proceedings including litigation, arbitration, and other formal dispute processes, ensuring efficient coordination with external legal counsel.
• Establish and enforce internal legal standards, frameworks, and compliance mechanisms across departments.
• Lead legal assessments and risk analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other key strategic initiatives.
• Provide expert input on governance-related matters and ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
• Guide and mentor a team of legal professionals, promoting continuous development and operational excellence.
• Act as the organization s legal representative in engagements with government entities and regulatory institutions.
• Identify potential legal challenges early and implement proactive mitigation plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
• holding a Bachelor s degree in a related specialization
• having strong understanding of and experience with Saudi laws and regulations including commercial, corporate, and industrial manufacturing
• having strong understanding of and experience with Legal-related functions including contracts management, compliance, litigation, and mergers & acquisitions
• preference will be given for Saudi applicants
• willing to relocate to Jubail city
• having 10+ years of relevant experience in Legal, preferably in relevant industries
