Job summary
A leading infrastructure solutions provider based in Penang is seeking a Senior Inspector of Works. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, particularly in railway and depot projects. The Inspector will supervise onsite construction operations to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be committed to maintaining high standards across all aspects of project delivery. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Construction, specializing in railway, depot projects or related fields.
- For Senior Inspector of Works, minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Background in C&S, Viaduct, M&E, or Material/QAQC is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site activities and address non-conformances.
- Provide supervision for designated critical activities.
- Verify that materials and equipment used align with project standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing documentation.
