• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and staff management
• Familiar with food safety, hygiene standards, and SOP procedures
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
