Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and ensure consistency in quality.
• Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing.
• Supervise staff during shifts and ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage stock, inventory checks, and basic ordering.
• Train new baristas and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Handle cash, POS system, and end-of-day closing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and café area.
