Responsibility

Barista - Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee & espresso drinks (latte art skills are a big plus!)
• Maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness
• Take orders and assist customers
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences
• Clean and maintain machines & tools
• Assist with stock replenishment, monitor ingredients, and reduce waste

Service Crew – Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile
• Take orders & handle POS transactions smoothly
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Keep dining and service areas clean
• Support stock checks & replenishment
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Work as a team to ensure smooth operations
