Job summary
A leading multinational conglomerate in hospitality is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. As a member of the hotel reception staff, you'll handle guest transactions, confirm reservations, and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Candidates should have at least SPM or a Diploma in Hotel Management, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, preferable those with a Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management.
- Height: 160 cm for males and 157 cm for females.
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality.
- Knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle check-in and check-out transactions.
- Key in customer data in GHPMS.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Post charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to guest folio.
- Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
