Description du poste
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit assignments from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with professional and regulatory standards (ISA, IFRS, and local requirements).
- Review and finalise audit working papers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all audit and assurance matters.
- Identify areas of business risk and provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor audit team members to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with partners and senior management in audit planning, resource allocation, and engagement management. Monitor audit budgets and ensure engagements are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support the development and implementation of audit methodologies and quality control processes.
- Keep up to date with changes in audit regulations, accounting standards, and industry practices.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including client proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- Professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of audit experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
