This role involves supporting the design, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure, focusing on ensuring high availability and performance of data center systems. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a solid understanding of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in data centers or critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
• Support senior engineers in preparing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Contribute to small-scale infrastructure upgrades and installations.

Skills

Basic understanding of electrical systems (HV/MV/LV), HVAC, and UPS

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies.

Technical Support

• Support senior engineers in preparing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Participate in testing and commissioning (T&C) activities.
• Assist in documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.

Project Involvement

• Contribute to small‑scale infrastructure upgrades and installations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow established procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain records for inspections and maintenance logs.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications
