Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist users with account issues, password resets, and application support.
System & Network Administration
  • Monitor and maintain network components (switches, Wi‑Fi access points, firewalls).
  • Assist in managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory / Azure AD / Microsoft 365 or equivalent environments.
Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Assist with creating user guides.
Project Support
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and equipment provisioning.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or IT administration.
  • Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening.
  • Good problem‑solving, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
  • Good analytical skill to identify issues and bottlenecks and resolve the situation the quickest time.
  • Hands‑on person and willing to get hands dirty into resolving situation.
