• Handle a full set of accounts and be responsible for month-end/year-end financial closing activities, including journal postings and the prompt submission of relevant reports to management.
• Prepare forecasts and conduct data analytics for management reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and planning cash flows.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, bankers, solicitors, company secretaries, and other regulatory authorities regarding their respective activities.
• Prepare and coordinate closely with auditors and tax consultants for annual audits, audit analysis, and tax return submissions.
• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies during the preparation of financial reports.
• Knowledge and experience in consolidating financial statements, including the elimination of intra-group transactions and balances for group reporting.
• Maintain financial reports and records accurately.
• Ensure the accurate consolidation of financial information across subsidiaries for group reporting and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin with good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, or partial professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP B1 system is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and proactive thinking.
