To prepare postgraduate lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, and facilitate class discussions.
To supervise postgraduate students on research activities and grants.

Research
To undertake and contribute to research, conducting individual or collaborative scholarly projects.
To engage in knowledge generation, exchange, and transfer activities.
To identify funding sources and assist in securing funds for research or scholarly projects.
Administration and Other Activities
To ensure quality, audit, and external assessments within your areas of responsibility.
To take responsibility for programme accreditation processes.
To manage operational processes such as timetabling, assessment, and examinations.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Doctorate (PhD) in Business Management or a related specialization.
At least 5 years of work experience, preferably with 2 years of lecturing experience in tertiary education.
Ability to communicate complex and conceptual ideas to diverse groups.
Ability to participate in and develop external networks.
External recognition as a scholar, teacher, and/or practice-based professional.
Knowledge of higher education and ability to employ various delivery techniques to engage students.
Willing to work on weekends.
You must have a Second Class Upper degree.
