Job description

The Education Counsellor plays a key role in engaging with agents, managing prospective student pipelines, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The role involves international and local market engagement, digital recruitment support, education fairs and contributing to the overall success of student recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with agents, ensuring timely updates, product knowledge, and training.
  • Handle incoming student inquiries through email, calls, online consultations, and digital platforms.
  • Provide end-to-end support to students on application, visa, and enrollment processes.
  • Track and report on student leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, virtual events, school visits and outreach activities.
  • Provide insights into emerging market opportunities and assist in market expansion planning.
  • Support the line manager with strategy execution, data reporting, and lead management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall recruitment function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Culture‑sensitive, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
