Job Summary:
- Looking for candidates available to work:
- Monday: Morning, Afternoon
- Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
- Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
- Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
- Friday: Morning, Afternoon
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Expected salary: RM4,500 - RM5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment to motivate and inspire the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events
- Provide regular reports to the regional management team
