A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to monitor shipments and manage inventory at Port Klang Free Zone. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting and be proficient in warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Track daily activities and report to your superior.

• Guide and advise subordinates on daily operations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.
• Guide and advise subordinates on daily operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Manage and plan the daily workforce.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehouse setting environment.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other computer applications
• Must be willing to be based at Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)
