Job description:

Job Summary

Supervise installation team to carry out inspections verifying the quality of work according to established procedures and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor installation activities on site to ensure products are installed in accordance with drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct QC inspections to ensure products meet requirements.
• Summarize QC rejections and report to QA/QC Engineer regarding daily quality issues.
• Monitor and verify the completeness and acceptance of repairs/reworks before installation release.
• Perform QC patrols in the site area to check for any QSHE non-conformances.
• Check that product identification and traceability are compliant.
• Carry out root cause analysis to improve quality performance.
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and concerns, and resolve quality issues at the factory or site.
• Ensure compliance with all matters related to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment as per company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or Head of Division.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of QA/QC inspection and supervisory skills.
• Awareness of QLASSIC standards.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within construction or manufacturing sectors.
