Job summary
A leading automotive company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing sales performance, and maintaining key customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, strong leadership skills, and is proficient in English. This role offers an attractive commission structure, annual bonuses, and various employee benefits including medical and training allowances.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Coach sales consultants to improve closing rates.
- Oversee showroom operations and customer service standards.
- Analyze market trends and pricing strategies.
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry

- Experience managing and leading a sales team
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of automotive products, financing, and sales processes

- Coach and train sales consultants to improve closing rates and customer experience
- Oversee showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Commission can earn up to RM 10k
