You will play a crucial role in protecting our security posture while providing essential training and support. • Maintain and improve security policies and controls across the platform.
• Perform compliance validation and prepare for audits.
• Conduct risk assessments on new workloads and track mitigation actions.
• Provide security and compliance training to migration teams.
• Interpret technical controls for Windows/Linux into compliance language.

• 5+ years in security or compliance roles.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Strong security assessment and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with AWS security and logging services.
• AWS Security Specialty certification or similar is an advantage.
