The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in engineering, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin. Company Background:
This company is a new set-up foreign invested plant which is located at Senai, doing as an industrial connectors manufacturer. Besides, they also provide global supply chain which included automation, solar system, telecommunication and many more.
Job Description:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
- Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules. Production planning and cost controls.
- Ensuring production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production output issues. As team player, lead to resolve inter-departmental conflict.
- Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, lead to drive actions to meet the excellence end result.
- Making production performance and progress reports, for management.
- Enforcing Environment-Safety-and Health (ESH), company, industry, and government regulations.
- Salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
- Those recruit as the pioneer team will need go to China HQ for few weeks of industrial training.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (read/write/speak).
- Basic Language in Malay and English
- Diploma or Degree in engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Result-oriented with the proven ability to drive people to achieve and exceed production KPI.
- OSHA Safety certification, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) a plus
