Job summary

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing management. Experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
