We're Hiring: Junior Accounts Assistant

Location: Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang

Salary: Starting from RM1,800 (based on experience)

Are you detail-oriented and eager to build your career in accounting? We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our team in Pulau Pinang!

Your Role:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing processes.
• Prepare and verify financial documents, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Handle general administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Bukku, QuickBooks, or MYOB is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
