A manufacturing company based in Kuala Klawang is seeking a production engineer to oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and implement process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience in manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential. Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily production activities on the production floor.
- Analyze workflow and recommend process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
3-5 years’ experience in a production, process, or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow.
Familiar with Kaizen, 5S, or similar improvement methodologies.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CAD software, production/ERP systems, and MS Office.
Understanding of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, etc.).
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Oversee and support daily production activities on the production floor.
Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure production processes run according to specifications and targets.
Analyze workflow and recommend process improvements for higher efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Support automation and technology upgrades.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams on inspections, testing, and defect analysis.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Work with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance plans.
Support equipment calibration and process validation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on the production floor.
Ensure KPI is achieved according to company budget.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Promote a culture of safe and efficient operations.
Prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
Collect and analyze production data (efficiency, downtime, defect rate, etc.).
Report performance metrics and improvement opportunities to management.
Work closely with R&D for new product introduction (NPI).
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and QA teams for smooth operations.
Provide technical support to operators and line leaders.
Quarterly Bonus, Year End Bonus, and Final Bonus provided if KPI achieved accordingly.
Insurance coverage for PA and some surgical and hospital fee.
5 and half day alternate Saturday working day.
