A leading agricultural company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of IR/ER/HR Compliance (Senior Manager). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years experience in HR, with at least 8 years in a senior management role. Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment law, particularly in the plantation industry, is essential. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations successfully.
Minimum degree in HR or with LLB qualification and specializing in IR or related fields
Minimum 15 year(s) of working experience in related scope with minimum 8 years at Management capacity/Senior Level
Work in similar capacity and exposure in Plantation Industry is preferred
Knowledge in Disciplinary Procedure, Collective Agreement and relevant acts including Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Trade Union Act.
Well-versed in MAPA, AMESU, NUPW, Sabah and Sarawak Labour Ordinances.
A strong grounding in labor and employment law and its implementation, inclusive of union negotiations and investigative practices in Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of labor relations and industrial relations court proceedings
