  • Establish clear process and transparent HR practices: Ensure well-defined, consistent, and transparent HR practices throughout the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications being desirable.
  • Substantial leadership experience in managing the HR function within a manufacturing organization, preferably with experience in handling unions in the Malaysian manufacturing context, will be valuable.
  • Strong technical skills in HR policies, practices, and learning & development models are essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws and regulations related to industrial relations management.
  • Operational familiarity and proficiency in managing various operational HR aspects are required, and experience in a multinational corporation is preferred.
